Last night I made these scrumptious blueberry and white chocolate oatmeal cookies. I really cannot tell you just how delicious these are! Sadly I cannot claim them as my own invention though...that honour belongs to queen Nigella. For once I actually (almost) followed a proper recipe - they are an adaptation of her cranberry and white chocolate cookies from here. I kept them pretty much the same but used blueberries instead of cranberries, left out the nuts and made them bigger (about a dessert spoonful of mixture for each cookie, which made about 16). I also cooked them for a little less time (about 11 minutes) so they were a little soft in the middle still since that is how I like them best.
Normally I share my recipes but since this is not mine to start with I don't think it would be fair. If you want to have a go though, I can't recommend Nigella's books highly enough - even if you don't actually cook anything from them the pictures and words alone are enough to bring on fits of swooning...
