All Is Forgiven

I managed to work myself up to trying another recipe from the Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook for my most recent baking-lesson adventure: apple loaf cake.

Though I did tweak a few things and will probably tweak a few more the next time I make it, I am relieved to report it was a success. Moist and tangy and really delicious (especially for breakfast).

Hummingbird Bakery - your cupcake recipe may be pants but you are back in the running!
