Afternoon all!
I never got to tell you about this lovely interview Harriet from Cross Stitcher magazine wrote up about me. I know a number of you have already seen/read it as you have written to tell me so, but for those of you that haven't, if you click on the photo at the bottom of this post you should just about be able to read it. And I believe you can still get hold of a copy here should you so wish (December 2011, Issue 247). It is the purple one that looks like this:
I have also designed a pattern for the February issue, which I have been keeping under wraps for what feels like forever - I cannot wait for it to go on sale at the end of this month so that I can finally share it with you! Though the eagle-eyed among you may have already noticed it in a couple of not-so-well-hidden places...

Thanks Emma - I didn't know there was a preview in this month, exciting! My subscription starts with next month's issue so I will no longer be in the dark after that. I have clearly been missing out! I'm thrilled that you could tell it was one of my designs just from looking at it though, that makes me smile.

Congrats on the article. I saw the preview and felt like a little wish had come true. I had seen what I think is the same winged creature in a hoop on your wall (eek...that makes me sound like a stalker, it was on one of your blog posts!) and I was thinking of mailing you to see if you were putting it in the shop. Was a great surprise to see that is is appearing in the next CS issue.

Thank you! I only realised you could see the hoop in the Christmas photos after I had published the blog post, but by that point it was too late to hide them again! Silly me. Not long now though!
