As promised, the obligatory photo roundup from the craft fair - well, technically these photos were taken in my little house since I am always running too late to do them when I get to the fair, but you get the idea!
I kept a similar layout to the stall at Christmas but added the new kits, a couple of other new things and changed the tablecloth and some other little bits. I have to say I really love it - it makes me want to open my own little bricks and mortar shop more than ever! Though alas I don't think that will be happening any time soon.
Since I have rather more stock now I really struggled to fit everything in, so I decided to head upwards and hang my little swarm of winged beasts from a rail, where they proceeded to flutter sweetly in the breeze.
I stitched these new miniature hoops for the fair and displayed them on sticks like lollipops (I have found there really is no end to the uses for cocktail sticks!). I used giant cross stitches and close up they have a lovely plump lattice effect - I will show you better pictures of them soon so that you can see what I mean.
And lastly I made these lovely lace-edged bookmarks since I never seem to be able to find a proper bookmark when I need one and am generally forced to use old receipts and messy scraps of paper in their stead - I liked them so much I didn't actually want to sell them but it seems I was not alone in my fondness for them since they all but disappeared. I suppose I shall just have to make some more to keep for myself since I am back to square one with no bookmarks! Another thing to add to the list...

Gah! I just love your shop...I discovered it on Friday and couldn't stop myself from ordering some of your patterns. I have a space in our hallway that's just crying out for a bit of entomologie cross stitch! Loved them so much I did a little blog...

Thanks Leanne!
And thank you so much for the blog post Jessica, it was lovely of you. I had a look at your other posts too and am very happy to have found another blog to read - your home is beautiful and I am rather jealous of your fireplace and proper working oven. Oh, and your ability to grow things since I have tried and failed many times to grow even so much as a tub of cress! I have a spectacular knack for killing green things you see... I look forward to reading about what else you get up to.

I love your shop, it's so stylish and beautifully striking. Wish I'd been there to see it in the flesh. Just discovered your website and I love all your designs. Some of them are now on my must stitch list!

Thanks Emma, I am very happy you have found me and my little shop - welcome! It is always lovely to be reminded that I am not the only one out there with a rather overactive stitching obsession!

Are your kits still available and if yes, how can I purchase some?

Hi Barb. I have a few of the kits left in my online shop - you can find them at http://whatdelilahdid.bigcartel.com/category/kits or follow the link to my shop in the top left hand corner of my blog (the black circular logo).
Thanks :)

Your table display is great! What did you use to hang your insect designs from. I do several popup shows with a small table but need ideas for a backdrop or a place to hang pottery.
Thanks!

Thanks Kathy - I used my large iron running rail on wheels, like those used in clothes shops. It can be broken apart for transport, is very strong and you can get them from any decent retail furniture supplier online.
